When Holger Schubert created his studio-garage space, he did what any self-respecting, Ferrari-loving, minimalist architect would do: he took his work-of-art BB 512i and built everything around it. As any showcased work of art deserves to be, Holger’s car is in the spotlight and on the pedestal that is the studio garage, which was designed and built for the specific purpose of working and living alongside the Ferrari. Holger shares the details of his car and of his enviable space, which includes a 16-foot driveway bridge, a ramp to roll the car outside to start, and some of the best views a car can take in of the Pacific Ocean. One of the most celebrated photographers of modern times, Ricky Powell, has a new art exhibition in Brooklyn at David Kesting called, The Ricky Powell “NYC 1985 – Bushwick 2013″. While Powell, as a NY native, tends focuses on environmental portrait, he has shot some of the greats such as The Beastie Boys, Jean-Michel Basquiat and Andy Warhol. UNDFTD x Nike “Bring Back 2003″ Pack

After much speculations, Undefeated finally released the collaboration’s first images. The “Bring Back 2003″ Pack is a continuation to the UNDFTD‘s “Bring Back” initiative, with designs in reference to a particular juncture in the company’s extensive history working with Nike. Featuring the Nike Dunk High and Nike Hyperdunk 2012, furnished with olive drab and military tonal finishes. Both will be available on this coming Saturday, May 25th, look for the kicks to drop this Saturday at all Undefeated locations.

Tom Sachs and Van Neistat’s have made a stop-motion safety video for private airline VistaJet. This time you will actually watch it we think. The video,which was initially inspired by Todd Haynes’ Superstar: The Karen Carpenter Story, uses the stop motion technique and you can tell every element is handcrafted which is quite an achievement. ONDU Pinhole Cameras

Ondu, the family of wooden cameras, launched on Kickstarter, which decreed its success, making them reach the goal of 10.000 Dollars in less than 48 hours. Objects with clean lines, a charming design created and produced by hand in a traditional way, through the exclusive use of high quality materials, from Slovenian brand ONDU, a studio founded and promoted by the designer and carpenter Elvis Halilović. Craft-works aimed not only at being admired, but also used and “lived”. Real cameras easy to use that, through a technique that exploits the process of the darkroom, allow you to catch images through a small hole in the front and to reproduce them on film, shooting incredible pinhole images. The series is composed of six models that differ in size and format of the film, from the most common, like those for Leica 135, to the most niche. Kanye West tweeted that he would be debuting a new video at 66 locations around the globe on Friday night May 17th. People on the streets of Berlin, Chicago, London, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Paris, San Francisco, Sydney, and Toronto have seen the new video. You can check Kanye’s website for locations and times of the track’s unusual broadcast. The first projection went up in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, and it depicted West staring straight ahead while rapping, as you can see on the video below. Kanye announced the unorthodox move via a tweet that read:

Parra ‘Il Senso di Colpa’ Solo Exhibition

Dutch artist Piet Parra has a new show, “Il Senso di Colpa,” which translates to “The Guilt.” The new show is in Galleria Patricia Armocida in Milan, the second, long-awaited after the 2009 success, solo show by Parra. The exhibit consists in seven medium-sized canvases, ten watercolors, four black and white drawings as well as two sculptures. The guilt the show takes its title from concerns the judgment we give ourselves in every shade of our life: work, everyday relationships. Tackling the various elements in that bring guilt in our lives, “Il Senso di Colpa” will be open from May 27 to July 26.
